I had such a great experience with Karen, she was very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and patient. Kept me well informed every step of the way, even called to check in after everything was over. She was always quick to reply to any emails or questions and was very good at explaining the process as it was my first purchase and didn’t know what I was doing. I didn’t have much luck with previous brokers/ bank advisors but Karen made the whole process go so smooth and stress free. So glad I got the opportunity to work with her.
